
Body of Issaquah Man Found in Creek Near Confluence Park
On April 5, 2022 at about 6 p.m., Issaquah police responded to a report of a possible body found in Issaquah Creek between Confluence Park and Issaquah Valley Elementary School. Marine officers from the King County Sheriff’s Office arrived and rescued the adult male from the creek. The deceased man has been identified as an Issaquah resident, who was reported at the time of the sighting as a person who may have been missing for about 24 hours, according to Issaquah Police Chief Paula Schwan. She said that nothing suspicious was visible at the scene but the King County Medical Examiner is preparing a report. The name of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of the family.
A memorial was established at the Rollin Log Tavern where the deceased was employed at the time of his death.

It’s been well over 3 weeks since the body was found! It would be nice if some new information was available! This man is my nephew, why have they Not gotten to the bottom of this yet! So very sad!
