Recent protests in and around the Seattle area related to the death of George Floyd have put the spotlight on leaders throughout the country to do more to address concerns raised by community members. Over the past several days, peaceful protestors have begun meeting in front of Issaquah City Hall.

City of Issaquah Mayor Mary Lou Pauly and other city officials have been meeting with the protestors to learn more about their concerns and the city is planning more opportunities for the community to speak out, and will be announcing details in the coming days.
